A Roadmap for Sales Leaders: A Masterclass in Truly Transforming a Salesforce

Is your salesforce in need of transformation, but the thought of embarking on such a journey fills you with hesitation?

Our conversations with clients and students reveal that many are hesitant to take the first step towards transformation due to the fear of the unknown. Change can be scary, and the idea of transforming something as integral to a business as its salesforce can be overwhelming.

In this thought-provoking webinar, we'll delve into the concept of transformation and explore its differences from simple change and the impact it can have on an organisation.

We'll discuss the right level to begin the transformation process, whether systems and processes are enough, and the importance of reflection and time commitment.

Understanding Your Customer's Context

A Webinar Like No Other

During our webinar, we'll lead group discussions and workshops that prompt you to think deeply and generate your own insights. You'll gain the ability to reflect on your own experiences and create meaningful transformations in your salesforce.

We'll also introduce the Executive Masters, what we call the "Rolls Royce" of transformation, and Axel will share his own experiences, giving you a roadmap for success. You'll leave with fresh insights and a concrete plan to level up your salesforce.

What is an Executive Masters?

Whilst a Master's degree is well-known within the academic world, an Executive Master's is much less so. This type of degree is designed for mid-career working professionals who are employed full-time, allowing students to complete their degree on a part-time basis.

The most common type of Executive Master's degree is an Executive MBA. However, the Executive Master's in Sales programmes offered by Consalia are focused on the topic and profession of Sales and are the only one of its kind that takes a Work-Based Learning approach to study.
