UK Apprenticeship programme

Making use of your Government levy

As of April 2017, all companies with a UK salary bill of + £3million are now required by law to pay a ‘levy’ of 0.5% above £3m. Companies can make use of their levy spend, by directing funds towards a ‘degree apprenticeship’ programme with approved suppliers.
Sales degree apprenticeships are employer-led and government-backed initiative.  Standards of practice have been directed by a ‘Trailblazer’ group, comprised of senior sales practitioners.
Consalia now offers two apprenticeship schemes:
  • Graduates of our three-year work-based degree programme will achieve a professional qualification in Sales (BSc B2B Sales) alongside their apprenticeship qualification as a B2B sales professional. Full details are here Degree Apprenticeships
  • In 2019, Consalia is offering a Masters apprenticeship programme for salespeople to gain an MSc in B2B Sales Leadership. Full details are here Masters Apprenticeships
Apprentices will qualify as a Member of the Association of Professional Sales.
All levels of an employee can benefit from apprenticeships, not just for new starters.
