We are delighted to announce that Consalia has been graded “outstanding” by Ofsted in every aspect of its provision for our Level 7 Senior Sales Leadership Apprenticeship Programme, which also delivers a Postgraduate Diploma “Professional Practice in Senior Sales Leadership”.
The inspection took place over three days in February. Questionnaires were sent in advance to employers and apprentices and the government inspectors also conducted detailed interviews with our Academy Team, apprentices, employers, and our delivery partners Middlesex University and Runway Training.
Consalia have not only received an Outstanding rating overall, but also in each of the four key judgement categories that Ofsted assess:
- The quality of education
- Behaviour and attitudes
- Personal development
- Leadership and management
Here are just some of the points the inspectors noted in their report:
“[Apprentices] rapidly develop new high-level knowledge, skills and behaviours that improve their effectiveness at work. They have an exceptionally well-planned and taught curriculum that enables them quickly to put into practice what they learn. Through frequent practical projects, apprentices make a significant impact to their businesses.”
“Apprentices highly value, and would recommend to others studying at, Consalia.”
“Apprentices relish learning new leadership theories and developing their skills. They show extremely high levels of motivation and, with excellent support from their tutors, they manage the demands of incorporating their studies into a senior leadership role very well.”
“Tutors use their knowledge and skills expertly to inspire apprentices to learn.”
