Consalia's annual sales leadership conference, Global Sales Transformation (GST), returns for its twenty-first edition on Thursday 4 February 2027, at Kings Place in London.
GST XXI marks the biggest change to the event in its history. It moves from November to the start of February, from its previous City venue to Kings Place at King's Cross, and from a half-day to a full-day programme.
The February date is deliberate. Most sales teams start the year with a kick-off, and GST XXI is designed as the kick-off for the leaders who run them: a day to step back and get their own thinking ready for the year ahead.
This year's theme is The Inspiration Advantage. It looks at what inspiration is worth commercially, and at how leaders create it in their teams through the tools, environment and culture they build.
Two ways to attend
The day is now split into two formats. The new morning programme is two facilitated roundtables, where senior sales leaders use Appreciative Inquiry to work through some crucial sales themes with their peers at hosted tables.
"Twenty editions in, we wanted to give senior sales leaders something they rarely get at a conference: time to think with each other, not just listen" said Dr Phillip Squire, "A new venue gave us the chance to do it properly."
The afternoon follows GST's established format: four talks from experts both inside and outside the world of sales, plus a live panel session, all hosted by Consalia Founder & CEO Dr Philip Squire. Each session will explore a different aspect of the role inspiration has to play in driving sales performance, and of course there will be time for Q&A at the end of each session so you can get your burning questions answered.
After the final talk you won't even have to brave the cold to continue the conversation: the venue for networking drinks is right upstairs at Kings Place's own Rotunda Bar!
Tickets are available for either the whole day or just the afternoon. Because the morning is seated cabaret-style, places for that session are limited so don't delay if you want to be part of this exciting new format!
Speakers will be announced in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on our GST XXI page for all the latest details!
Tickets are on sale now, and if you book before 13th November you can save over 1/3 of the cost of your ticket with our early-bird deal!
