Consalia announces today the launch of a Coaching Club, designed to allow participants to refresh and develop coaching skills.
Coaching supervision is a structured formal process which helps the coach develop the quality of their coaching, grow their coaching capacity and support themselves and their practice. For managers this means that there is an opportunity to share any issues that might arise from their coaching experiences, and benefit from the support of a supervisor whilst learning further tools and techniques to improve their skills as a coach.
The Consalia Coaching Club provides coaching supervision via:
- Introductory one-to-one coaching supervision call
- Quarterly facilitated coaching supervision groups
- Regular professional development updates to build coaching skills
- Coaching mentor helpline for specific issues
The Coaching Club is designed for people who have been coaching in the workplace for at least 6 months and have attended a coaching skills programme. The cost of the programme is £1500 per person per year.
