Consalia is proud to congratulate Royal Mail Sales Training Manager, Hiral Soneji, on winning Internal Sales Development Programme of the Year at the 2025 National Sales Awards, held at the National Sales Conference. In a highly competitive category that also shortlisted SAP for its Executive Master’s in Leading Sales Transformation, Royal Mail’s programme was recognised as the standout internal initiative.
The winning entry, “Inspiring a Sales Mindset for Growth”, is an internal sales development programme co-created by Royal Mail and Consalia. Together, we set out to build more than a course: a values-based learning journey that would reshape how salespeople think, decide and engage with customers in a fast-changing market.
Grounded in Consalia’s Sales Mindset framework, the programme focuses on Authenticity, Client-Centricity, Proactive Creativity and Tactful Audacity. These mindsets are brought to life through practical workshops, coaching and on-the-job application, enabling Royal Mail’s sales teams to adopt a genuinely growth-oriented way of working. Crucially, the design ensures internal ownership – with Royal Mail leading delivery, embedding the language of growth mindsets into everyday sales conversations.
The impact has been felt across the organisation, with stronger collaboration, more confident customer dialogues and a clear link between mindset shift and commercial outcomes. This is exactly the kind of sustainable, internally led transformation Consalia exists to support.
