Job Title: Programme Manager
Reports To: Academy Director
Role overview
We are looking for a Programme Manager to support in the end-to-end delivery of our B2B Sales Degree and L6 Apprenticeship programme. We are passionate about promoting and delivering sales education and work in a highly collaborative, supportive and flexible environment.
This is a part-time role.
There are two key objectives for our programmes:
- That the students should have an outstanding learning experience
- That the students should have the maximum opportunity possible to successfully complete the programme
The Programme Manager’s responsibility is to support these objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for students on programme management matters.
- Be the first point of contact for other key stakeholders (customers, university contacts etc).
- Managing the planning and logistics of module delivery to include:
- Programme planning and communication.
- Onboarding communications with students and employers.
- Venue logistics.
- Booking and liaising with lead tutors and guest speakers.
- Liaise with Instructional Designer on producing workshop programme materials.
- Updating and maintaining rolling calendar and allocating second facilitators for Level 6 Programmes.
- Support on programme and module pages on the university portal.
- Day-to-day project management of the cohorts to include:
- Liaising with all stakeholders and partners e.g. Middlesex University, Consalia colleagues, external tutors, employers, examiners and speakers.
- Working with the Academy Director and Apprenticeship Directors across the cohorts to ensure quality of delivery and to maximise the student experience.
- Supporting the Cohort Tutors.
- Support student registration with the University.
- Other responsibilities:
- Internal maintenance of Salesforce for Academy team.
Skills and Experience
Essential skills and competencies
- Excellent organisational, administration and IT skills including competence in MS Office. A high standard of written and conversational English.
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, colleagues and clients at all levels and of all nationalities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- A high attention to detail and commitment to customer service and quality.
- Respect students confidentially when required.
- Programme/Project management experience desirable, not essential.
- Experience of training programmes/higher education desirable, not essential.
