Professional Development not Training
Training can be an effective way of fixing specific issues, particularly in the short term. Over time though, many of the benefits dissipate as memories of the course fade or application is not practised.
Professional development is a longer term approach which builds on each stage of the programme. The application of relevant, real-world projects ensures embedded learning. Improved performance will start early in the programme and then build over time.

Our programmes are designed purely for Sales Professionals and Sales Leaders. A consistent methodology is applied across all programmes from Executive learning to Masters (MSc) Programmes. Accreditation is provided by either Leeds Trinity University or Middlesex University.
For UK customers, the apprenticeship levy can be applied against the Degree level programmes, with other levels also expected to receive approval in future. The cost of a professional development programme is therefore much reduced for UK organisations.
