2010 January - Consalia publishes a discussion document that considers whether the millions invested in the recruitment and development of sales people are producing the best returns and concludes that approaches to sales competency assessment, sales recruitment and development must change. To explore and debate these ideas further Consalia, the recruitment consultancy Digby Morgan and Middlesex University are co hosting a Forum at the London Stock Exchange on April 27th 2010.  The Forum 'Sales Transformation: Changing Mindsets' brings together senior level executives who lead buying & selling organisations, senior HR leaders, Universities and academics with a special interest in the subject to debate how to raise standards of professionalism in sales. 2009 November - SAP select Consalia to design their worldwide Sales Leadership Development Programme

2009 July – Consalia are London Regional Finalists of the prestigious National Training Awards for its Winning Value Proposition Programme. The winner will be announced in October 2009! 

2009 June – Philip Squire presents ‘Values the DNA of Brand Value’ at Brand Finance Forum ‘ Understanding the value of Singaporean Brands and how they can survive the recession held at the Singapore Management University.

2009 March – Middlesex University, UKs largest international university with campuses in UK, Middle East and Asia, wins large UK government project to accelerate work-based learning accreditation. Consalia are appointed member of  Modnet the University’s alliance framework to provide a collaborative interface between the university and corporate customers.  See press release.

2009 March - Doctoral Research Project approved by Middlesex University. 

2009 January – Consalia Asia Pacific awarded search and selection project for Asset Finance Division of Rabobank.

2009 January – Consalia’s application of its Values Based Sales approach (known as Creating a Winning Value Proposition - WVP) with major IT outsourcing supplier and Professional Services results over the last two years in 73% conversion rate and $4.7 billion ‘closed’ business.

2008 November – Consalia sets up university accredited Advanced Diploma of Retail Banking Management Practice for Regional Managers for Retail Bank Client.

2008 June – Consalia opens a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore.

2006 April – Consalia is born. A joint venture company owned by Praxi (Italy’s largest consulting Group), Development Systems (one of Spain’s largest consulting groups with offices in Portugal and the Latin Americas) and ITC Network, a UK based sales training consultancy specialising in global accounts.
